Timeline of Rotterdam

Timeline of Rotterdam showcases a series of glass sculptures with leaves and metal, modernising and transcending the significance of the fire emblem that represents the spaces in Rotterdam that were destructed in the war. 

 

Material research was conducted using glass and metal with organic elements such as leaves and wood, strengthening the connection between the old and now, past and present. 

 

The relic sculptures form versatile ambient light wallpapers projected with Nobo Quantum Overhead Projector (2511), representing the Rotterdam before and after the war, in a series of souvenirs creating an immersive experience for its users.
